Video Problems and Questions
This site and video playback has been tested with the following browsers:
- Internet Explorer - all recent versions
- Firefox - version 1.5
- Netscape - version 8
- Opera - version 8
News! 9/12/2005 This site now uses Windows Media 9+ Advanced Profile Technology for
live video broadcasts and some archived videos. If you experience trouble
read these bullet points first:
- Windows Media Player version 10 already has the ability to use this new technology.
The best solution to problems is to update to version 10 if you are running an older version
of the Windows Media Player.
- Windows Media Player versions 7.1, 8, XP and 9 can be used, but will prompt for a download to update technology.
This is a very small update and should take about 15 sec. After installing the update
you should close the media player and then start it again.
- Windows Media Players prior to version 7.1 will not work with this technology.
